1. The agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Ligma Golf website and your purchase of Ligma Golf products. By placing an order or using this site, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or buy the balls.

2. The products

Ligma Golf sells genuine golf balls in novelty, vintage-style packaging. The packaging is humor; the balls are real and intended for actual play. Product images are illustrative — minor variations in print, color, or packaging may occur and are not defects.

3. Orders & payment

• All orders are processed and fulfilled through our checkout provider, Shopify.
• Prices are listed in US dollars and may change at any time before your order is placed.
• We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order — including orders affected by pricing or listing errors, suspected fraud, or stock limits. If we cancel a paid order, you receive a full refund to your original payment method.
• An order is accepted when we ship it, not when you check out. Your confirmation email is a receipt, not a guarantee.

4. Shipping

Orders typically ship within 24 hours on business days. Shipping is free on orders over $60. Delivery estimates are just that — estimates. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier takes possession of the package. All orders ship in plain, discreet outer packaging.

5. Returns & refunds

Unopened cartons may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price. Opened or used product can't be returned unless it arrives defective or damaged — in which case contact us and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund. Shipping charges are non-refundable except where required by law.

6. Age & appropriate use

Our branding is adult humor and this site is intended for users 18 and older. By ordering, you represent that you're at least 18. Golf balls are sporting goods — use them for golf, follow course rules, and don't aim at people, windows, or anything you'd regret.

7. Intellectual property

The Ligma Golf name, logo, packaging design, artwork, and site content are our property (or licensed to us) and protected by trademark, copyright, and other laws. Buying a product gives you the product — not any rights to our brand.

8. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and products are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any product will lower your handicap.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ligma Golf and its owners, employees, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or lost goodwill, arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Ligma Golf is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be brought in the courts of that jurisdiction, and you consent to their exclusive venue.
