1. What we collect

• Contact details you give us — your email address and/or phone number when you join the drop-alert list.
• Order information — your name, shipping address, and purchase details when you check out. Payment card details are processed directly by Shopify and our payment processors; we never see or store your full card number.
• Usage data — basic technical information such as browser type, device, pages viewed, and approximate location, collected automatically when you browse.
• Local storage — we use your browser's local storage to remember your cart. This stays on your device.

2. How we use it

• To process and ship your orders and handle returns or support requests.
• To send drop alerts you signed up for — product launches, restocks, and small-batch releases — by email and/or SMS.
• To keep the site secure, prevent fraud, and understand how the store is used.
• To comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information. Full stop.

3. Email & SMS alerts

When you join the drop list, you consent to receive marketing messages from Ligma Golf at the email address and/or phone number you provide. Message frequency varies with drop schedules. Message and data rates may apply to SMS. You can opt out at any time: click "unsubscribe" in any email, or reply STOP to any text. Opting out of marketing doesn't affect transactional messages about orders you've placed.

4. Who we share it with

• Shopify — powers our store, checkout, and payment processing.
• Service providers — email/SMS delivery, hosting, and analytics vendors who process data on our behalf under contract.
• Authorities — when required by law, subpoena, or to protect our rights, customers, or the public.

If the business is ever sold or merged, customer information may transfer as part of that transaction, subject to this policy.

5. Retention & security

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above — order records as required for tax and accounting, and drop-list contacts until you unsubscribe. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.

6. Your choices & rights

You can unsubscribe from marketing at any time (see Section 3). You may also contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you, and we'll respond within a reasonable timeframe as required by applicable law. Depending on where you live, you may have additional statutory rights — we'll honor verifiable requests as the law requires.

7. Children

This site is intended for adults (18+) and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we'll delete it.
